I create strategic journeys and guide cultural change processes that deliver success from C-level to people level. In developing leaders, I focus on trust, ownership, joy and a deep belief in who they can become.
For over 25 years, I’ve combined expertise, intuition and real-world experience across industries including pharma, manufacturing, energy and banking worldwide. Due to my Indo-German roots, I naturally feel at ease in international workspaces. Life has taught me that we can shape and rewrite our own stories—and create the impact we desire.
